Expanding the Space: Therapy Now Available in Drogheda

I've got a bit of news to share — from June 11th, I'll be offering therapy appointments in Drogheda, building on the practice I've been developing in Navan since the start of this year.
This isn't just a professional move — it's personal. I grew up in Drogheda, I've spent most of my life here, and it's where I live now. It means a lot to be able to offer support to people in the town and community that shaped me.
Since setting up in Navan earlier this year, I've had the chance to work with people from across Meath and Louth — including clients travelling in from Drogheda. That's part of what nudged me towards opening up space closer to home. When life feels heavy, you shouldn't have to go far to find support.
What I offer
I'm a psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. My approach is Person-Centred, Humanistic, and Integrative — which is a fancy way of saying I meet people where they are. You bring your story, your experience, your uncertainty — and I provide a space where it can be heard and worked through without judgement.
I work with adults of all genders, and have a particular interest in supporting men's mental health — especially around anxiety, stress, and the often unseen impact of domestic abuse.
Appointments
From June 11th, I'll be offering sessions in Drogheda on Wednesday evenings, while continuing to see clients in Navan on Thursdays. Sessions are 50 minutes long, available in-person or online, and typically start with a six-session block.
If you're in Drogheda or the surrounding area and wondering whether therapy might help, I'd be happy to hear from you. You don't need to have everything figured out — that's part of the work we can do together.
